Delicious, 100% homemade recipe. Ingredients: Boletus edulis, potato, leek, white pepper, extra virgin olive oil, water, salt.

El Bardal has been over 20 years elaborating 100% artisanal, ecologic products with delicious mushrooms and other wild fruits and vegetables. It is located in Navasfrias, in the region of Rebollar (Salamanca), an exceptional environment for its rains and an ideal temperature for collecting porcini (boletus edulis) and other mushrooms.

All products of El Bardal are wild and collected by experts locals of the area who know the local produce to perfection: mushrooms of the highest quality (Boletus edulis, Pinicola boletus, chanterelle, beef tongue, Kumquat, elver field, egg king or gurumelos, among others), but also other wild products such as green asparagus, maruja / coruja (chickweed), wild blackberries and raspberries, strawberries or blueberries. All of them wild, i.e., collected directly from the field.

After its pickup, and already in the factory premises, products are sorted and cleaned, and subjected to an artisan and ecological elaboration process with natural ingredients, without any preservatives or artificial additives. So is the wide range of products El Bardal made: mushrooms natural, patés, creams, jams ... Many of them served on the tables of some of the greatest European restaurants.

In addition to an artisan and ecological reference, El Bardal also contributes to the sustainability of the economy of the area, promoting the development of rural areas and the conservation of natural environments of the region of Rebollar, and other nearby: Sierra de Gata, Malcata ...

And all this with the support and certification "SETAS DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN" (MUSHROOMS from Castile and Leon), and the quality seal "TIERRA DE SABOR".
