Pigeon pâté with Pedro Ximenez wine. A strong and exclusive perfect balance between the intensity of the pigeon meat flavour and the sweetness given by the Pedro Ximenez wine. Ingredients: pigeon meat and liver (55%), onion, carrot, olive oil, Pedro Ximenez wine, pasteurized egg white, salt and spices. Net Weight: 90 gr.
Original and creamy pâté where the partridge meat and liver flavor predominates. In counterpoint, we find the sweet moscato wine taste and the original mushrooms and apple mix. Ingredients: partridge meat and liver (53%), olive oil, apple, mushroom, onion, pasteurized egg white, moscato wine, salt and spices. Net Weight: 90 gr.
Light and artisan pâté, with juicy texture peppered with soft touches of spices. The firm Toro wine gives it strongness. The mixture becomes a light eaten pâté that is succulent in mouth. Ingredients: quail meat and liver (51%), olive oil, leek, carrot, onion, pasteurized egg white, Toro wine, salt and spices. Net Weight: 90 gr.
