The Laurus cheeses are made with raw milk from own sheep flock, thus providing a comprehensive control of milk. 1,300 sheep make up the flock of Laurus Artisan Cheese factory located in one of the most traditionally cheese-making areas of Spain, the province of Zamora.
It is recommended to taste the cheese with the rind, as it adds a special touch.
