From our range of specialties, it could not be left out a sheep cheese elaborated with this so typical spice from our country, the Saffron D.O La Mancha Karkom. Infused during the elaboration process with raw sheep milk whereby we elaborate our cheeses. The strands of saffron contribute its characteristic colour, as well as the sour flavor so own of the saffron.
