Matured sheep cheese La Antigua, ellaborated in Fuentesaúco (Zamora) with raw sheep's milk and a healing process over 4 months. Aprox. weight: 350gr.

It shows a natural rind, soaked with olive oil during the ripening months, which provides our cheese with a special taste for the most selective palates. Esparto grass marked on its natural rind.

Its mass is yellowish ivory coloured, pressed and firm, with small-medium sized eyes evenly distributed throughout it. It has pleasant aromas with nutty hints.

Ripening from 4 months

Approximate Weight: 350-400 gr.
